  • At least 4 years of experience in a 360 sales or recruitment leadership role.
  • Sales skills are essential, as our Managers are expected to complete at least one deal per month in addition to leading team.
  • Managers are expected to attend networking and industry events to bolster contacts and improve knowledge of our specialist recruitment areas.
  • Management involves everything from coaching to discipline, and we expect all applicants to have experience of managing and motivating people.

Having a practical knowledge of recruitment is also extremely important, as you will be empowered to form new business relationships, taking on new clients and candidates. Because you will be negotiating financials as well as terms of business, hands-on experience of recruitment is imperative.
