Any previous experience in B2B sales or telesales is a plus but not required! No previous experience is necessary as all recruitment consultants receive industry-leading training. We look for people with a positive attitude who have a proven track record of success and a desire to excel.
All new staff enter Frank University, our training program that will provide you with all of the training and mentorship you need to be successful in this role. The sales development program covering business to business sales, client and candidate management, contract negotiation, business development and recruiting best practices.
Our interactive training program is a mix of seminar style courses, coaching on-the-job, personalized development plans and a dedicated senior mentor.
Please note that fluency in Cantonese is essential as this role involves working with Cantonese-speaking candidates and clients in the Asia-Pacific market.
