As our business reaches into different parts of the world, particularly countries with multiple languages such as Singapore, it’s important that we have multilingual staff to maintain our first-class client and candidate services. Please note that Cantonese language skills are essential for this role as it involves working with Cantonese-speaking clients and candidates on the Hong Kong market.

Our expectations for Recruitment Managers:

  • 4 years of practical experience in a recruitment or direct sales environment, preferably in a management role.
  • The ability to lead and coach a team of recruitment consultants working under you.
  • We expect Recruitment Managers to complete at least one deal per month on top of their leadership duties.
  • Attendance of industry and networking events, in an effort to improve product knowledge and strengthen contacts/generate leads.

As a Cantonese speaking Recruitment Manager it is essential that you are fluent in the language. You will primarily be engaging with Cantonese speaking candidates, and given the technical nature of some of the products we recruit for we believe that exceptional language skills are required to ensure great communication.

Recruitment Managers at Frank Recruitment Group are expected to set targets for their team and take action if individuals do not meet expectations. When it comes to leadership, the emphasis should always be on developing the skills of your team members.
