As we expand internationally, it is important that we enlist the services of foreign language staff to offer a better customer experience to those overseas. We are therefore looking at applications for a Dutch speaking Recruitment Manager job at our London office. Please note that as this role is based in the UK, English language skills are also essential.

Expectations for Recruitment Managers:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a sales or 360 recruitment role, ideally involving leadership or management duties
  • Managers are expected to attend industry events in aid of lead generation, as well as to improve knowledge of our specialist technologies.
  • Sales skills are very important, as our Managers must lead by example by completing at least one deal per month.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the recruitment environment including negotiating terms of business with new clients.

Given that you will be tasked with interacting with Dutch candidates and clients, it is essential that applicants are fluent in the language and can use it in a technical capacity.

Managers at Frank Recruitment Group are expected to drive and motivate their team members by setting challenging-but-attainable sales targets. If individuals fall below the expected standards throughout the business, Managers must take ownership of the situation and implement an action plan if required.
