Our expectations for Recruitment Managers:

  • 4 years of experience in a recruitment or direct sales environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • The ability to lead and coach a team of recruitment consultants working underneath you.
  • We expect Recruitment Managers to complete at least one deal per month.
  • Attendance of industry and networking events, in an effort to improve market knowledge and strengthen contacts.

As an English speaking Recruitment Manager you will be engaging with our English speaking candidates and clients on a daily basis. Given the somewhat technical nature of our specialist areas, and the terms on which we do business, applicants must be fluent in English to ensure concise communication.

Recruitment Managers at Frank Recruitment Group are expected to lay down targets for their team and construct an action plan if individuals are not meeting expectations for whatever reason.
