We are therefore looking at applications to fill a Finnish speaking Recruitment Manager role at our office in London. Please note that as this role is based in the UK, English language skills are also essential.

Expectations for Recruitment Managers at FRG:

  • At least four years of experience in a sales or 360 recruitment role involving leadership or people management.
  • Sales skills are incredibly important, as Managers must complete at least one deal per month along with their other duties.
  • Recruitment Managers must keep up to date with the latest field developments by attending industry events and reading related literature. This will also act as a good opportunity to secure new leads.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the recruitment environment including what recruiters do and how the service is valuable to both clients and candidates.

Given that you will be regularly interacting with Finnish clients and candidates, it is essential that applicants are fluent in the language to ensure communication is concise.
