With Frank Recruitment Group operating in over 70 countries worldwide, we now require a French speaking candidate to fill a Recruitment Manager role in our brand new Newcastle office.

Given our healthy expansion, it is essential that we take on staff with foreign language skills to offer a better service for our overseas business partners. You will be interacting with French clients and candidates on a daily basis, so full language fluency is required. Please note that as this role is based in the UK, English language skills are also essential.

Expectations for Recruitment Managers:

  • 4 years’ minimum experience in a sales or recruitment role involving leadership or management.
  • Sales skills are imperative, as our Managers are expected to complete at least one deal per month in addition to leading and coaching a sales team.
  • Managers are expected to attend industry events to generate leads and improve expertise.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment environment including terms of business.

Managers at Frank Recruitment Group drive and motivate their team members by setting challenging targets. If these targets are not met, Managers must form action plans to address any shortcomings.
