We are looking for multiple Japanese Speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our lucrative, successful and rapidly growing Singapore team.

Please note that this role involves working with candidates and clients who speak Japanese and therefore requires complete oral and written fluency in Japanese. Native and non-native speakers are welcome to apply.
Any experience in business to business sales or inside sales / telesales is a plus but not required! No previous experience is necessary as all consultants are provided with comprehensive training.

All new hires go through Frank University, our training program that will provide you with all of the training and mentoring you need to be successful in this position. The sales development program covering B2B sales, client and candidate management, contract negotiation, business development and recruiting best practices.
Our extensive training program is a mix of seminar style courses, on-the-job coaching, personalized development plans and a dedicated senior mentor.
Please note that fluency in Japanese is essential as this role involves working with Japanese-speaking candidates and clients in the Asia-Pacific market.
