We are hiring multiple Japanese Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our lucrative, successful and rapidly growing Singapore team.

The responsibilities of a Japanese Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Business development to establish and build new professional relationships
- Complete management of the recruiting process
- Selling and negotiation
- Head-hunting and candidate sourcing (cold calling, pitching & closing)
Any previous experience in B2B sales or telesales is a plus but not required! No previous experience is required as all consultants receive industry-leading training.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or previous sales experience
- Complete fluency in English and Japanese
