  • We expect our Recruitment Managers to lead by example by completing at least one deal each month, therefore sales skills are necessary.

As a Mandarin speaking Recruitment Manager it is essential that you are fluent in the language. You will be engaging with Mandarin speaking candidates daily, and given the technical nature of some of the products and platforms we recruit for, exceptional language skills are absolutely necessary to ensure great communication.

Recruitment Managers at FRG are expected to set challenging-yet-attainable targets for their team and construct an action plan if individuals do not meet expectations.
