We are therefore looking at applications to fill a Norwegian speaking Recruitment Manager role at our office in London. Please note that as this role is based in the UK, English language skills are also essential.

Expectations for FRG Recruitment Managers:

  • At least four years of experience in a recruitment or sales environment, preferably involving leadership and management.
  • Recruitment Managers are expected to keep up to date with the latest developments in their specialist sector by attending industry events and reading technology literature.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the recruitment environment including negotiating terms of business and appreciating how a recruitment service is valuable to a client/candidate.
  • Sales skills are also important, as Managers must lead by example by closing at least one deal per month.

Given that a primary element of your job will involve interacting with Norwegian clients and candidates, it is essential that applicants are fluent in the language to ensure a good service.

Managers at Frank Recruitment Group drive and motivate team members by laying down challenging sales targets. If individuals fail to meet these targets than managers are expected to address the situation and impose an action plan. A great Manager will use the feedback of their team members to develop leadership skills.
