Frank Recruitment Group is a leading specialist IT recruitment consultancy, operating several product-focused brands across 50 countries. Our ambitious growth strategy has led to the opening of a new office in Denver, and we are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our new team.

Intensive training is provided to all new hires through Frank University—our in-house training program. Frank University provides both new and experienced recruitment consultants with a sales development program focusing on client and candidate management, business development, contract negotiation, B2B sales, and recruiting best practices.

What does a Recruitment Consultant do:

  • Business development to build and establish new professional relationships
  • Selling and negotiation on multiple levels
  • Head-hunting and candidate resourcing
  • Complete management of the recruitment process

What do we look for in a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any discipline)
  • A proven track record of success in a direct sales or recruitment environment
  • Motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
