As an AVP – Management, you’ll be responsible for coaching and motivating your team of consultants to achieve their required targets. You’ll also lead by example by hitting your own sales targets each month.

What we require from AVP – Management in Dallas:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 360 sales or recruitment environment.
  • Great sales skills.
  • A strong working knowledge of the recruitment sector and its associated resources, such as candidate/client databases, job boards, and LinkedIn.
  • Attendance of networking and industry events to improve product knowledge and build contacts.
  • Natural leadership qualities to spearhead a successful sales team
  • The ability to coach but also have a great attitude towards learning
