Our expectations for Recruitment Managers at Frank Recruitment Group:

  • Four years of experience in a B2B sales or recruitment environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Sales skills are important as Recruitment Managers are expected to complete at least one deal per month.
  • Managers should attend industry events as a means of generating leads, building contacts, and improving product knowledge.
  • The ability to coach your team members but also take something from them to develop yourself.

Having a good working knowledge of the recruitment environment is imperative, as you will be expected to formulate lead generation strategies as well as to negotiate terms of business with new clients.

Recruitment Managers will motivate their team by setting challenging targets and taking steps to improve the performances of those who do not meet targets.
