As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Frank Recruitment Group, you will be responsible for finding the best possible talent and connecting them with our many clients across the globe. You will be the first point of contact for both the client and the candidate, and it your duty to ensure the eventual job placement is a perfect fit for both parties. This attention to detail is why our services are so highly sought after.
Applicants will ideally have previous experience in a sales or recruitment role, or at least knowledge of talent sourcing platforms such as job boards and social media.
Full training will be provided to successful applicants in our award-winning Frank University. Here you will receive invaluable guidance on sales, client and candidate care, contract negotiation, and other valuable and transferable skills that will help to shape your career. You will also be able to track your progression in the business with a personal development plan.
