In your role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Frank Recruitment Group, you will be responsible for sourcing the best possible candidates for the roles we are contracted to recruit for. You will oversee the entire recruitment process; everything from the initial application, to the eventual job interview, and even the candidate’s salary negotiation.
