As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at FRG, you will be responsible for sourcing the highest calibre of talent in potential candidates, as well as arranging for clients to interview these skilled candidates for their vacant roles.
Applicants will ideally have previous experience in a recruitment role, or at least knowledge of talent sourcing platforms such as job boards and social media.
Full training will be provided to successful applicants in our award-winning Frank University. Here you will receive seminar-style courses and on-the-job guidance in relation to sales development, contract negotiation, client and candidate care, and other valuable and transferable skills that are useful in many professional contexts. You will also be assigned a personal development plan so you can track your own development in the business.
