As a Recruitment Manager you will be entrusted with organising, coaching, and motivating your team of consultants to achieve their assigned targets. You will also lead by example by making sales yourself. Please note that as this role is based in the UK, English language skills are also essential.

What we look for in Recruitment Managers at FRG:

  • A minimum of 4 years working in a sales or 360 recruitment environment.
  • Great sales skills. You are required to complete a minimum of 1 deal per month.
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment sector and experience of negotiating terms of business in the context of recruitment.
  • An enthusiastic approach to networking that includes attending industry events and conferences to secure new leads.
  • Natural leadership and coaching qualities with a positive attitude towards learning.

It is essential that only fluent speakers of Swedish apply for our Swedish speaking Recruitment Manager role, as the content of conversation with clients and candidates will often be quite technical.
