Exciting sales careers in Newcastle
Where it all started
Office Leader, Newcastle
Our Newcastle office is really special. This city is where our journey began back in 2006, with just three employees, and we now work from one of the best spots in town.
Newcastle is famous for its welcoming people and generous hospitality, and I’ve definitely found that to be true since working here. One of my favorite things about the office is the stunning views of Newcastle Castle and the Tyne River. Plus, you’re never far away from a great bar!
Why we love working in Newcastle
Welcome to the friendliest city in the UK!
Set right in the heart of the Toon, our office boasts incredible views of The Cathedral Church of St. Nicholas and Newcastle Castle, and is a short walk from the River Tyne and the iconic Tyne Bridge. We’re just minutes from Newcastle Central national rail station, the city’s major shopping district, and the lively Quayside area with and its many bars and restaurants.
Newcastle is one of those rare spots that offers a vibrant, cosmopolitan city lifestyle while also being within easy reach of wild countryside and a stunning coastline. With rugged Northumberland to the north and Scotland just 90 minutes away, Newcastle is perfectly positioned for those who like to throw on the hiking boots and take a break from urban life.

Operations and Customer Programs Manager
I joined Frank Recruitment Group as a trainee in 2007, six months after the business was established, and have held a number of challenging and rewarding roles since then.
I’ve enjoyed a varied and successful career with the company, having worked in both our Newcastle and London offices, helping to launch different brands and build new teams in these locations. It’s been exciting to watch the business grow and see my colleagues develop and progress in that time.
To stay with the same company for more than a decade is unheard of these days, and testament to the opportunities and dynamic work culture available here.
Principal Recruitment Consultant
Having joined just over a year ago as a graduate, I was staggered by the opportunity to grow and develop myself here.
Within the last year I've worked directly with the leading gaming company in the world, major UK clients, the AWS Partner Network, attended several AWS events and talks and I'm responsible for the strategic relationship with AWS themselves in Scotland to support their customers with recruitment.
I was the first AWS-certified recruiter in the Newcastle office and I’m now on-course for my second AWS certification. The opportunities are limitless with the trust and support from the managers when you need it to reach your potential at Frank Recruitment Group!
