As one of the safest cities in the world and steeped in culture and history, living in Tokyo is an adventure and it never disappoints! Our office has a great vibe. One of my favorite social outings we’ve had has been celebrating our one-year anniversary at Tokyo Tower!

Why we love working in Tokyo

Unbelievable food and endless karaoke

Tokyo is an incredible city, where the mind-blowingly futuristic meets ancient tradition. Working in our Tokyo office in the Nijubashi area, you’ll rub shoulders with almost every multination company you can think of, while also being a stone’s throw away from the Imperial Palace.

Our central location in Tokyo’s buzzing business district puts us in the centre of the action. The nearest train station is Tokyo station; the most connected station in Japan, you can catch trains going to every corner of Tokyo city. Here, you’re never far from incredible food options, from cheap street eats to Michelin-starred restaurants.

There’s plenty of entertainment too, with karaoke and arcades galore. If you’re a nature-lover, you can be out of central Tokyo and halfway up a mountain in a few hours thanks to the amazing bullet train network.

Rui Watanabe
Recruitment Consultant

I joined Frank Recruitment Group after graduating university in Japan. The company provided a good platform for a fresh graduate like me to get build competency and experience in the industry. In terms of soft skills, Frank Recruitment Group also provided fantastic training in handling clients, and I learned things like negotiation and managing business processes. What I enjoy the most about my job is that every day I gain new knowledge! Working with different clients in different situations every day, and helping people to get the job they want really motivates me.
